Mr. John Starr, a 1986 graduate of the Kiski Area School District, was chosen by the Kiski Area School District Public Relations Committee as the district's first Distinguished Alumni.

On May 15, 2023, the Kiski Area School Board approved the preliminary budget for the 2023-2024 school year.

On March 20, 2023, the Kiski Area School Board approved the 2023-2024 school year calendar.
