4:30 pm: The Grand March is back

The Grand March at Laube Hall is back and begins at 4:30 pm.  Friends and family can gather round to watch you make your grand entrance and take photos.  It’s a Kiski tradition and is a lot of fun!  Mr. Williamson will be announcing each couple.  Everyone will participate in the march unless you have very special circumstances.
**Weather Permitting - If it’s raining, we will file inside as quickly as possible.

Assigned Tables

We will have assigned tables.  A Google Form will go out once ticket sales are completed.  All tables hold 10 guests.  ONE person from each table needs to complete the Google Form.  Do not panic if you do not have a group of 10, I will accommodate you.  You will still fill out the form with the number of guests you do have.  After dinner no one is at their table anyhow.  After we have created the seating chart, you will be notified of your table number through email.  No changes will be made after the chart is created.

Photos

The photographer from last year will be joining us again!  They have nice backdrops, and they do fun poses.  If you want photos, upon arrival, go directly downstairs to have your photo taken.  When you buy your tickets, I will give you a picture order form.  Bring your form and money with you to the prom.  Pictures will be mailed to you after they’re printed.

Food & Entertainment

Dinner: Salad with house Dressings, Italian Bread, Lemon Chicken, Tavern Ham, Parsley Potatoes, Roasted Carrots, Penne with Marinara.

We have a slushy machine, soda, and water.

We also have 2 airbrush tattoo artists, a photo booth, and of course a DJ.

If dancing isn’t your thing, downstairs we will have some games.

Rules & Regulations

These guidelines have been established to regulate the behavior of students, their guests, and attire.  The standards are not to be considered all-inclusive; the Administrators on duty at the event will, if necessary, make final decisions concerning appropriateness.

NOTE: By purchasing a prom ticket you agree with Kiski Area High School’s Code of Conduct and that will be in effect at all times.  Students who choose to bring an outside guest are responsible for registering the guest by the designated deadlines using the Kiski Area Guest Form.  The guest must enter the prom with the KAHS student.  The KAHS student who brings a guest is responsible for properly informing and clarifying the Kiski Area High School Code of Conduct. The dress code will be checked at the door.  Middle school students and students over 20 years old are not permitted to attend.  If students/guests do not meet the standards listed below, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Boy’s Formal Attire

Formal prom attire is classified as a tuxedo, including a tie or bow tie, a shirt or button-down shirt, and may include a vest or cummerbund.  Tennis shoes, athletic shoes, sandals, flip-flops, and work boots are unacceptable.  Formal suits are also acceptable.  No hats of any kind are permitted inside the building.  You will not be permitted in the event if dressed inappropriately, and no refunds will be given.

Girl’s Formal Dress

Traditionally formal dresses or gowns may be strapless or may feature spaghetti straps.  Bare or open backs are acceptable if they DO NOT exceed the waistline.  Under garments should not be visible.  You will not be permitted in the event if dressed inappropriately, and no refunds will be given.

Other
