Kiski Area Fall Drama - Leading Ladies

The Kiski Area High School Drama Club will present “Leading Ladies” by Ken Ludwig starting November 2nd, 2020.

The story, a comedy set in the 50’s, focuses on two friends and actors, Jack and Leo.  They’ve found themselves down on their luck and desperately searching for a way to make money.  When they hear of an elderly woman who is about to die and leave her fortune to her two long-lost English nephews, they know what they have to do.  They will disguise themselves as these nephews and claim the money for themselves.  However, when they arrive, they find that the woman’s long-lost relatives are not nephews – they are nieces.  They’ll have to adjust their plan accordingly if they still hope to steal the inheritance.

The student cast includes Alexandra Clark, Brandon Ray, Garrett Seymour, Sydney Cerminara, Conor Wolfgang, Alexis Davenport, Merlin Libent, Peton Martin, Lily Junod, Avel McGhen, and Presley Penska.

Showings of “Leading Ladies” will be held at the Kiski Area High School Auditorium at 7:30 PM on November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.  Tickets are $10 general admission and $7 for all students.  The show is intended for guests ages eleven and up.  Tickets are available at the box office on the night of the performance starting at 7pm and in advance by emailing [email protected].
